Collection of Information.

What type of information do we collect? Personal Information means information that can be used to identify an individual and may include:

When you purchase Sabres merchandise or goods at our approved Sabresbucks Card locations using your Sabresbucks Card, or otherwise, we collect information about the purchases you make.

Non-personal Information. Business contact information (e.g. office address, telephone number) is not considered personal information in certain jurisdictions.

How do we use personal information? We may use personal information provided orally or in writing (including via electronic media) by customers in order to:

  • Process and manage your purchase of Sabres products and services, including the purchases through the Sabresbucks Card Program;
  • Respond to your customer service inquiries, post your comments or statements on any blog or other online forum maintained on our website, or take other actions in response to your inquiries or other online activities;
  • Create personalized promotions by combining your personal information with non personal information about you, such as the amounts and types of purchases you make or any benefits you receive through the Sabresbucks Card Program.

What promotional communications will I receive as a Sabresbucks cardholder? We may use your e-mail address and other contact information provided to us to send you promotional materials and offers available exclusively to Sabresbucks cardholders. As a Sabresbucks cardholder you may receive offers to purchase rare and/or autographed Sabres memorabilia, discounted tickets, and unique merchandise available only to you and your fellow Sabresbucks cardholders.

We may use your information to communicate with you regarding the above noted promotions and other similar benefits you will enjoy as a Sabresbucks cardholder, such as orders, purchases, your Sabresbucks Card Program account, and customer service responses.

How long do the Sabres keep my personal information? We strive to ensure that any personal information provided and in our possession is as accurate, current and complete as necessary for the purposes for which we use that information. We maintain your personal information only so long as is necessary in the context of our business and particularly in serving you in connection with the Sabresbucks Program.

How is my personal information secured? We strive to maintain appropriate physical, technical and administrative security with respect to our offices and information systems so as to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification of personal information.
